Chloe currently works at the Tony Blair Institute as a Manager, where her focus is on advising governments on strategic and policy decisions related predominantly to AI, emerging technology and geopolitics.

Prior to this she worked at Boston Consulting Group and for Fortescue Future Industries. Chloe studied her Masters degree in Economics at Peking University in Beijing, where her thesis examined the market for cultured meat in China including consumer and government attitudes. Chloe’s research has since been downloaded 1,500+ times and was presented at Future Food Asia and on multiple podcasts.

Chloe joined CAA in 2020 as founding board member and remains passionate about the importance of using technology to transform food systems for the betterment of planetary, human and animal health.
